About the Mission:
The family of Ralph L. Serino, and Ralph himself, have requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Serino's request was to have military honors and to be escorted by motorcycles. Ralph, 93, of Clifton Park, passed on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
Born in Binghamton, NY, Mr. Serino was a graduate of Binghamton Central High School and Harper College (currently SUNY Binghamton). He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in the Korean War and was awarded a Presidential Unit Citation, National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star and a United Nations Service Medal. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Corporal.
In 1964, Ralph began his career as an Insurance Agent with State Farm Insurance, which today is carried on by his son, Lee.

Special Information:
We will stand a flag line for the arrival of family and friends, then at noon, there will be a short funeral service. After the service and dignified transfer, members will escort to Vischer Ferry Cemetery located at 335 Riverview Rd., Rexford, NY 12148.
It was requested by Ralph to have some motorcycles escort him. We have another funeral in Hudson Falls at about the same time, so if you are able and don't usually attend, please come to honor this decorated Korean War Veteran.
