About the Mission:
The family of David C. Nicholson has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. David, 77, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at home.
Born on April 5, 1947, in Glens Falls, David entered the US Army on 20 May 1968 and was trained as a Light Vehicle Driver (MOS 64A10). He served 1 year and 7 months on active duty, including a 14 month tour of duty assigned to Company "B", Troop Command, Long Binh, Vietnam. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Specialist 4th Class, and for his service was awarded; National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device.
