About the Mission: | The Patriot Guard Riders have once again been invited to participate in the Albany Memorial Day Parade on Monday, 5/30/22. Grand Marshalls for Albany Memorial Day Parade: Gold Star Mothers Mary Elizabeth Jenks and CIndy Roberts in honor of and remembrance of their daughters - US Army Specialist Abigail Rose Jenks and US Army Sgt. Kristie Ann Roberts The PGR can always be counted on to show up in big numbers and I hope this year is no exception. It's always gratifying to see and hear the reception we get from the public - and the reviewing stand get's a kick out of our somewhat noisy "salute". So get to work on those duck walk inner thigh muscles and left hand clutch grip. As always Flags,,,,,,,flags,,,,,,,, This is always a very well-attended event both in participants and just plain folks lining the street - especially if the weather is nice. |
