Grand Marshall for Albany Memorial Day Parade: John Wands Sacca - Vietnam Veteran
PGR can always be counted on to show up in big numbers and I hope this year is no exception. It's always gratifying to see and hear the reception we get from the public - and the reviewing stand gets a kick out of our somewhat noisy "salute".
So get to work on those duck walk inner thigh muscles and left hand clutch grip. As always Flags,,,,,,,flags,,,,,,,,
This is always a very well-attended event both in participants and just plain folks lining the street - especially if the weather is nice.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:
Updated 8 March 2022
Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
CONTINGENCY / CONCERNS: If there is a funeral scheduled for that day then PGR will not participate in the parade. Funeral Missions are our primary focus. Check on the weather. Use your own judgement as to whether you wish to participate. Rain usually isn't a deterrent. Very hot weather is hard on air-cooled motorcycles in a 1st gear duck-walk parade and may cause riders with big hearts a big mechanical problem.
Is there a Second Stage to this Mission?
no
