About the Mission:
The family of Tommy E. Winchip has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services,
Little is known of Tommy's life and service; however, we do know that he entered the US Army on March 10, 1980. He was trained as a Heavy Anti-armor Weapons Crewman (MOS 11H10) and assigned to Fort Hood, Texas. He served for 4 years, and was released from active duty on March 9, 1984. He was honorably discharged at the rank of PFC (E-3) upon completeion of his inactive reserve obligation on March 9, 1986. For his service, he was awarded the Army Achievement Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Expert (Hand Grenade) and Sharpshooter (Rifle) Badges.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Staging at the church with a flag line for the arrival of family and guests. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10:00 am. Parking near the church is limited.
