About the Mission:
The family of Thomas C. Connally has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Thomas, 84, of Troy passed peacefully on September 13, 2023 at the Samaritan Hospital.
Born in Troy, NY, Tom was a graduate of Catholic Central High School, Class of 1957. Following graduation, he served in the US Army during the Cold War era, and later retired from the Ford Motor Company in Green Island. He worked for 10 years at the Knickerbocker Ice Rink in Troy.
Tom played many sports as a young man, but was most known as a pitcher for fast pitch softball. He and his brother "Ned" played for "The Foggy Bell " and other teams at 112th Street Park for many years. He was a member of the Friends of 112th Street, the Veteran's of Lansingburgh, the ALL-Troy Athletic Club and the Over 30 Softball League.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Interment with military honors scheduled for 1:30 pm. Please stage quietly and in accordance with current guidelines.
