About the Mission:
The family of Stephen C. Treece has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Stephen, 75, passed on May 12, 2025.
A life-long resident of Troy, NY, Steve attended the Lansingburgh School District schools and enlisted in the United States Navy in 1966. He earned his GED while serving and was later awarded a high school diploma from Troy High School. He served in both the South China Sea and Mediterranean Sea theaters during the Vietnam War era and was honorably discharged in 1968.
Always an adventurous soul, he once hitch-hiked across this nation spending time on the west coast. Portions of the above narrative are contained in Steve's obituary. His full obituary is available for viewing online by clicking here
