About the Mission:

The family of Richard V. "Dick" Randall has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services.  Dick, 82, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Glens Falls Hospital.

Born in Glens Falls, Dick attended Glens Falls High School.  After high school, Dick proudly joined the United States Army and served during the Vietnam era.

Dick was a communicant of St. Alphonsus Church in Glens Falls, and worked for South Glens Falls School District for many years as a bus driver and custodian. Dick enjoyed camping, woodworking in his shop, traveling, his dog Greta, and especially spending time with his family.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Staging with a flag line for the dignified transfer.  Escort to Saratoga National Cemetery for interment with military honors.
