About the Mission:
The family of Michael J. Morris has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Michael, 68, passed on October 28, 2023.
An Obituary is not yet available, but we do know that Michael served honorably in the US Army, entering on 18 November 1975. He was trained as a Wireman (MOS 36K10) and assigned to Company "E", 5th Battalion, AIT at Fort Dix, and remained on active duty until his honorable discharge on 30 April 1976 at the rank of Private (E-2). For his service, Michael was awarded an Expert Badge (Grenade), and Sharpshooter Badge (M-16).

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Staging at the funeral home with a flag line during the visitation period of 10:00 - 11:00 am. Funeral service schedule for 11:00 am, followed by escort to Saratoga National Cemetery for a 1:00 pm interment with military honors.
