About the Mission:

The family of Kenneth Scott Way, Sr. has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his funeral services.  Kenneth, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 5, 2024.

After attending Glens Falls High School, Kenneth enlisted in the US Army on 5 November 1998.  He served as a Petroleum Vehicle Operator (MOS 77F10) between 1998 and 4 November 2001, including time at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.  He was honorably discharged at the rank of Private (PV2, E-2) and for his service, was awarded the Army Service Ribbon and Army Lapel Pin.

Scott was a “top-notch” Auto Mechanic gaining specialized training while working at Nemer Ford in Queensbury, NY. He then went on to achieve a Computer Science Degree at ITT Technical Institute.
