About the Mission:

The family of Kenneth E. Woolley, Jr. has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services.  Kenneth, 56, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 with his family by his side.

Not much information is available relative to the life and military service of Mr. Woolley.  It is known that he was a US Army Desert Shield/Desert Storm veteran, and was honorably discharged at the rank of Specialist (E-4).  For his service, he was awarded the Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Driver and Mechanic Badge.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

We will stage during prayer service, so please stage quietly and stand flagline for dignified transfer.  We will then escort to Saratoga National Cemetery for a 12:00pm service.
