About the Mission:
The family of Keith P. Yelle has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Keith, 74, passed away with family by his side on Friday, December 3rd, 2021.
Born in Malone, NY, Keith enlisted in the United States Air Force on 15 March 1966. He was trained as an Air Policeman (AFSC 81130), serving 3 years and 9 months on active duty, including 1 one year tour of duty in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged on 15 December 1969 at the rank of Airman First Class (E-3), and for his service, was awarded; the National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/1 Bronze Service Star and the Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Staging at the funeral home with a flag line for the dignified transfer. Members will escort to Saratoga National Cemetery for interment with military honors.
