About the Mission:
The family of James P. Foley has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. James, 86, passed away on April 3, 2023, at his residence in Monroe, NY.
Born in Bronx, NY, James enter the US Navy on 22 June 1955. He was trained as a Yeoman (Typist) (MOS YN-2620-01) and served until his release from active duty on 21 June 1957. His active duty time included almost two years overseas. He was honorably discharged upon completion of his reserve duty on 30 July 1962 at the rank of Petty Officer 3rd Class (YNT3).
After his military service, James became an Auditor for the United States Department of Education in New York, NY. He enjoyed reading novels, spending as much time on the beach as possible, going to the opera, and listening to classical music.

Staging at the funeral home with a flag line for dignified transfer. Escort to Saratoga National Cemetery to follow, with anticipated KSU of 10:30 am.
