About the Mission:
The family of James Edward "Ned" Connery has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. James, 87, of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and formerly of both Lansingburgh, NY and Port Orange, FL, peacefully passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at The Arbors at Stow in Stow, OH.
Born in Troy, NY, Ned was a graduate of LaSalle Institute in Troy, Class of 1955, and served in the US Marine Corps as a Printer/Reproductionman (Specialty Code 1500). He earned the rank of Private First Class, and was honorably discharged on July 31, 1958.
Mr. Connery retired after 41 years of dedicated service from Albany Felt/Albany International in Menands where he was employed as a Weaver. His obituary is available for viewing online by clicking here.
