About the Mission:
The family of Douglas C. Setter has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Douglas, 33, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday June 30, 2024 at his residence.
Born in Pompton Plains NJ, Doug served in the United States Air Force from July of 2009 to July of 2013, including tours of duty in Guam and Virginia as a Munitions System Journeyman (AFSC 2WG51). He was honorably discharged at the rank of Airman 1st Class, and for his service was awarded the Air Force Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal Air Force Training Ribbon and an Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon.
Doug was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved his two German Shepherds Wren and Ammo.
