About the Mission:
The family of Charles J. "Chuck" Judge III has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Charles, 81, died peacefully Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy.
Born in Troy, NY, Chuck was a graduate of Sacred Heart of Mary School and LaSalle Institute in Troy class of 1960. He also attended Hudson Valley Community College. Chuck was a US Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War serving from 1964-1968 in the Azores and later in Laredo, Texas as an Air Traffic Controller. During his service, he achieved the rank of Sergeant (E-4).
Upon returning home, Chuck was employed by the Grand Union Warehouse in Waterford for over 25 years before it closed. He later worked for Walmart in Brunswick, Glenmont, and Latham for 21 years retiring in 2019.
