About the Mission:
The family of Acton R. "Peet" Peets has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Peet, 89, passed on Saturday December 7, 2024.
Born in Hebron, NY, Peet enlisted in the United States Army on 14 October 1952, and was trained as a Postal Specialist (AFSC 70231). He served 3 years and 11 months on active duty, including 3 years and 1 month overseas in England. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Airman 3rd Class and for his service, was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.
Following his military service, Peet was a long-time employee of Niagara Mohawk.Primary Staging Date and Staging Time:
