| About the Mission: | The Patriot Guard Riders have again been invited to participate in the New Hartford Memorial Day Parade which has not been held since 2019 when we were present. Please arrive promptly. Please bring your large bike flags if you have them. The parade departs the shopping center at 7:00 pm sharp. The parade will proceed East on Genesee Street to Pearl Street, Sanger Avenue and Oxford Rd, ending at the Fire Station (4 Oxford Rd at Mill Street). The total distance is about 1.1 miles and may take some 30 minutes. Immediately following the parade (1 hour total) the NH Fire Department will hold a Memorial Service and Open House. |

Updated 8 March 2022Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters. |
| Special Information: | The Genesee Street entrance to the shopping center will be open prior to the staging time and for a short period thereafter. (Alternatively, entry may be made via Wilbur Rd. on the West side or Campion Rd. on the East) The Key bank is near the center of the larger shopping center parking lot. |
