Special Information:
There are two distinct stages for this mission. Please read carefully.
PGR members will stage at the Northfield in preparation to escort the veterans to the airport. Members will form a flag line at 9:15 a.m. and salute the veterans departing for the Soaring Valor Mission. After the veterans load into the coach, Members will provide an escort to the airport.
KSU is expected at 9:55 a.m. The veterans have requested to be taken through the village and up route 31F to 490 West. The expected route from there is 490W to 390N to the airport.
Upon arrival at the airport, escort vehicles will lead the procession through the departure area of the airport and then circle back to short-term parking to park and join the members already in place at the airport. Airport parking vouchers will be available to PGR members.
If you are planning to escort, please ensure your flags are properly attached for highway speeds. Please be properly dressed for the weather. The current forecast is for scattered thundershowers and temperatures in the 70s.
