Honor Mission
James V. Taylor
US Marine Corps Veteran
Syracuse, NY - 04/15/2023
Mission applies to the following Region(s):
Region 2, Region 3
About the Mission:
The family of James V. Taylor has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line at his funeral services. James, 66, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, February 21, 2023.
Born in Syracuse, NY, James lived there until 1993 when he moved to Buffalo. He began his youth on the southside of Syracuse before his family later moved to Tipperary Hill. He would go on to proudly serve in the United States Marine Corps on carrier duty and in Germany.
Following his years of service in the Marine Corps, he joined General Motors where he first worked in Syracuse and later in Tonawanda, until retirement. He was an avid Buffalo and Syracuse sports fan and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his friends. Please stand with me to honor his service to our country at his final farewell.
Portions of the above narrative are contained in James' obituary, available for viewing online by clicking here
