About the Mission:
The family of David Hayes Warner, Jr. has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his funeral services. Mr. Warner passed February 02, 2024 at the age of 65.
Mr. Warner was a veteran of the US Army and the Army National Guard. During his service of three years and four months, Mr. Warner achieved the rank of Specialist Four (SP4, E-4). He had two specialties; MOS 63F10 - Recovery Vehicle Operator and MOS 36K10 - Tactical Wire Operations Specialist. Specialist Four Warner earned; New York Military Commendation Medal, Sharpshooter Qualification Badge - Pistol (.45 caliber), and Marksman Qualification Badge - Rifle (M-16).

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Flag line set by 11:30am for the arrival of the family. Members will hold the flag line through calling hours, 12:00pm to 2:00pm. PGR Members will perform a final salute prior to the start of services at 2:00pm in the funeral home. The mission will end with the final salute.
Please be prepared with a clean 3x5 American or US Army flag, and dress for the weather. Thank you for devoting your time to help honor the US Army, and US Army National Guard, Cold War service of David Hayes Warner, Jr., and to support his loving family.
