Monroe County Veterans Day Parade
and Honor Ceremony

About the Mission:

This is the first Monroe County Veterans Day Parade and Honor Ceremony to Honor all Veterans. They have asked that PGR lead the Parade with about 110 marching units in the Parade. Once the parade is finished we will have an honor ceremony to honor those we have lost.  PGR will proceed up Highland Ave turn left on South Ave and into the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at 1440 South Ave.  PGR will form a flag line at the entrance to the Memorial. All PGR not on motorcycles can walk behind with American Flags. Cars and Trucks with flags can also be behind the motorcycles.  PGR can also go to the Memorial and form a flag line and wait for the Parade.

Highland Ave., starting at Goodman Street South near Highland Park.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
