About the Mission:

Once again, we have been invited to participate in the Blue Star Mothers Lights of Honor tree decorating and lighting event. We will stand a flag line out front for the guest's arrival, then move inside to stand a flag line as ornaments, which honor family members and friends for their service to our nation, are placed on the tree.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

The CDC has changed its COVID-19 protocol recommendations for 2024, updating them to reflect the changing severity and transmission of the virus. Please click here for the latest information and continue to practice common sense distancing protocols while in enclosed locations.

Special Information:

We will form a flag line outside (depending on weather) for the arrival of honored veterans, families of those deployed and other guests. At about 1:45 pm,  we will re-assemble inside for a 2 pm ceremony.  It is rumored that representing WW II is a 102 year old nurse!
