About the Mission:

The staff of Western New York National Cemetery has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in unaccompanied Air Force Veteran James Edward Socha military honors funeral services. Mr. Socha passed 3 March 2025 at the age of 68.

Mr. Socha entered the Air Force 28 February 1975, at the age of 18, serving his nation 3 years 5 months as a Construction Equipment Operator ( AFSC 55151) at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Mr. Socha was honorably discharged 4 August 1978. For his service, he was awarded; Air Force Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal and a Combat Crewman Qualification Badge.

Patriot Guard Riders will be his family for military honors.
