About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders has been invited to provide an honorable flag line for the participants in this very meaningful memorial service for two of Rochester Police Departments finest. Both of these officers paid the ultimate price for their service.

• Police Officer Daryl R. Pierson
  Rochester Police Department, New York
  End of Watch Wednesday, September 3, 2014
  Police Officer Daryl Pierson was shot and killed near the intersection of Hudson Avenue and Warsaw Street while involved in a foot pursuit of a suspect following a traffic stop.

•  Police Officer Anthony Patrick Mazurkiewicz
  Rochester Police Department, New York
  End of Watch Thursday, July 21, 2022
  Police Officer Tony Mazurkiewicz was shot and killed while conducting surveillance on Bauman Street at 9:15 pm.

This is short notice but I hope we are able to show the Rochester Police Department how much we respect and care about their officers. We are welcome to stay for the short service and again stand a flag line as honored guests leave the church.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

We will stage our bikes in parking lot in front of church on Winona Blvd. Flag line along sidewalk to church entrance.

Please bring your clean 3x5 American flag and dress for the weather. No water will be provided.
