Welcome Home our Veterans of various War eras from their trip to there War Memorials in Washington DC.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Updated 8 March 2022

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

The Flight is expected shortly before 12:00 noon with our Veterans coming thru the gate around 12:30 pm.
We need to be in the Terminal for Primary Briefing at 11:45 am.

Staging; 11:10 a.m.
At the Airport, White Lot on Buell Rd.
Weather is not going to be too bad, just a little chilly
Preliminary Briefing around 11:30 am.
We will ride in as group as usual and Honor Flight says our arrival is something they look forward to. Those that cage can drive in with us but you do need to have a flag or other symbol to signify you are part of the procession.
Kick Stands up for the ride in at 11:40 a.m.
They will have parking set aside for Bikes.  Cages, please park in the garage roof closest to the West Tower (right side facing the airport).  Bring your pass in for validation at the Honor Flight Desk inside the terminal on the  first floor, far west side.
The 11:55 a.m. briefing will involve more last minute changes as to where they will place us, as it will not be in the usual place.  Please be on time. We will meet on the far east end of the Terminal where the rental car counters are.

Please make sure you have a clean American Flag.


I’ll be at Dunkin Donuts at 3580 Mt Read and Maiden Lane in Greece at 10:30 am if anyone wants to ride in together, KSU at 10:45 am
