About the Mission:
Patriot Guard Riders has been requested to attend the calling hours and military honors for Paul D. Ferranti. The following is an excerpt from his obituary; "Paul was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps, having served as a Sergeant in Vietnam from November 14,1967 to December 22, 1968. While in Vietnam, he saved many lives during combat. After a grenade landed at his feet, he picked it up and launched it back, sparing the lives of his troops in disregard for his own safety. He earned two Purple Hearts and a Silver Star, among many other medals and certificates for his bravery. Paul then reenlisted in the Marine Corp Reserves and was stationed in Peru."

Special Information:
PGR will stand an honorable flag line for arriving guests at the funeral home from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm. At 1:00 pm, we will provide an escort to Parma Union Cemetery, 260 Parma Center Rd., Hilton, NY for military burial ceremony. Mr. Ferranti's family is close to Mike Conway (current PGR member).
Weather will be warm and possibly wet, so please dress accordingly. Bring your 3x5 American or Marine flag. Water not provided
