About the Mission:

The family of John "Jeep" Demmin has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. John passed 1 October 2024 at the age of 64 with family at his side.

Born 18 November 1959 in Lockport, NY, John entered the Marine Corps on 26 August 1978, after graduating high school.  He was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC with the 8th Engineer Battalion creating new firing ranges and teaching new Marines how to locate and dispose of IEDs safely. John served our nation honorably stateside with 2 years on active duty, and 4 years reserve obligation.

Special Information:

Members will stand a flag line for arriving family and guests. After a dignified transfer, members will escort our hero and family to Acacia Park Cemetery, 4215 Tonawanda Creek Rd, North Tonawanda, NY 14120. Bring water and dress for the weather.
