About the Mission:

The family of Gary Thomas Curran has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services.  Gary passed on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at age 68.

 A Navy veteran, Gary was proud to have served for 6 years between June 1978 and June 1984.  He was stationed in La Maddalena, Italy, and achieved a rating of Radioman Petty Officer 2nd Class (RM2, E-5).  For his service, he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and Meritorious Unit Commendation w/Star.

Gary retired from the United States Postal Service after 30 years of service with many different titles.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

He will be laid to rest the Bath Veteran Cemetery at a later date. Viewing time at the funeral home will be from 3pm until 5 pm with a Service at 5pm.
