About the Mission:

The family of Dan Foley requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his Dignified Transfer from Buffalo International Airport to the funeral home. Information is currently with few details. What we do know, our hero passed on July 9, 2024, in the line of duty with the U.S. Forest Service in Oregon Region 6 doing the job that he loved. Before Dan worked for U.S. Forest Firefighters, he volunteered at Twin District Fire Company in Lancaster, N.Y and later as an EMT.

Special Information:

Make sure your flags are secure for the escort. Members will form a flag line for a dignified transfer at the Airport. Information of the mission will be given at staging. Watch for police escort and stay safe. Our Hero will be landing at approximately 8pm, then escorted to the funeral home.
