About the Mission:

The family of CDR Frederick H. Skinner has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his Memorial Service. Commander Skinner served our nation for over 20 yrs, with 9 yrs 6 months foreign service. He passed on May 2, 2023. He entered the Navy on March 10, 2000 and worked his way up to Commander (O-5) with several positions in his career; Administration Contracting Officer, Dispersing Officer, Naval Flight Officer and Supply Officer Department Head. Commander Skinner retired on Nov. 30, 2022. There is no obituary at this time.
