Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

The CDC has changed its COVID-19 protocol recommendations for 2024, updating them to reflect the changing severity and transmission of the virus. Please click here for the latest information and continue to practice common sense distancing protocols while in enclosed locations.

Special Information:

Weather is forecast to be in the upper 70s and 0% chance of rain as of Thursday 5/23/2024.  Preliminary Briefing around 11:10 am.  We will ride in as group and Honor Flight says our arrival is something they look forward to. Those that cage can drive in with us but you do need to have a flag or other symbol to signify you are part of the procession.
Kick Stands up for the ride in at 11:15 pm  They will have parking set aside for bikes.  Cages, please park in the garage closest to the West Tower (right side facing the airport bring your parking pass in for validation at the Honor Flight Desk inside the terminal SECOND FLOOR far west side as soon as you enter the terminal.

PLEASE NOTE: The far west terminal entrance is closed for construction!! We will have an additional Briefing once inside the airport at 11:45, meet on the far east end of the Terminal where the rental car counters are on the first floor.

Please make sure you have a clean American Flag.  For those on the North side of town who wish to ride in together, based on dry Weather.  Meet at Dunkin Donuts Mt Read and Maiden Lane in Greece AT 10:35 AM.
