About the Mission:
The family of William J. Grondahl has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Grondahl passed 4 Sep. 2024 with family at his side.
Born in Buffalo, NY on 3 June 1942, he entered the Army on 28 March 1961 and served our nation honorably for 3 years on active duty and 3 years reserve obligation. Mr. Grondahl served 1yr 4 months in Europe as part of a field communication crew responsible for directing US Army operations throughout US Europe Command and US Africa Command Theater. (MOS-310.00).

Members will stand flag line for arriving family and friends. After a dignified transfer, members will escort Mr. Grondahl to Holy Cross Cemetery, 2900 South Park Rd., Lackawanna, NY 142218 for interment with military honors. Make sure flags are secure.
