About the Mission:

The family of Walter S. Seleski has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his funeral services.  Walter was called home at the age of 103, after a long and full life.

Though Walter attended East High School, he graduated from Webster High School in 1939 at the age of 19.  He was drafted into the Army at the age of 22 and served in England, France and Germany with the 80th Chemical Division which was responsible for laying ground smoke to protect the troops.  He was honorably discharged at the rank of Corporal, and for his service, was awarded a Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal and a WW II Victory Medal.

Members will stand a flag line during Visitation hours 4:00 - 7:00 pm.

Second Stage - Special Information:

Members will stand a flag line for the arrival of family and guests.  A Funeral Mass will take place at 10:00 am, followed by a dignified transfer and escort to Maplewood Cemetery, Rush, NY
