About the Mission:
The family of Navy Veteran Seaman Vincent A. Brough has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their hero who passed on February 27 2024.
Vincent enlisted in the Navy on October 10 1979 and was honorably discharged October 7, 1983. He was assigned to the USS Hermitage (LSD-34), a Thomaston-class dock landing ship during the conflict in Lebanon. For his service, Vincent earned the Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (2 awards), Navy Unit Commendation Medal, Navy Expeditionary Medal and Humanitarian Service Medal. With an MOS MR Machine Repairman, Vincent became a Machinist in civilian life.
A benefit for the family will held on March 24, 2024 at American Legion Post 362, East Aurora NY from 12:00 noon to 6:30 pm with military honors at 6:30 pm.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Due to the length of the benefit, PGR will stage for the last two hours of the mission. Patriot Guard Riders are welcome to attend the benefit for the Family.
