About the Mission:
The family of Thomas Louis Hooper has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. Thomas passed 26 September 2024 at the age of 93 with family at his side.
Born in Blasdell, NY on 27 February 1931, Thomas entered the US Navy on 13 July 1951 and served our nation during the Korean War. He was assigned to USS Alona (AK-157), an Alamosa-Class cargo ship, delivering cargo in the Asiatic - Pacific Theater. Thomas served our nation honorable for 4 years and was discharged on 12 July 1955 at the rank of Petty Officer 3rd Class.
