About the Mission:
The family of Roger Howard Billings has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his funeral services. Roger passed on February 18, 2024 at age 82.
Born in Clifton Springs, NY, Roger graduated from Wayne Central High School and attended Morrisville University. He was drafted into the United States Army in March 1966 and served in the Vietnam War in the Headquarters, Headquarters Company, 575th Engineer Battalion until March 1968. He was honorably discharged at the rank of E-4 in March 1969.
Roger was a self-employed contractor (Billings Construction) and enjoyed bowling. He competed on Bowling for Dollars, a local television show in Rochester, NY. Roger retired in 2005.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Staging at the funeral home with a flag line for the arrival of family and guests. Visitation hours are 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
