About the Mission:

The family of Rodney Q. Galbraith has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his funeral interment with military honors. Rodney passed on June 9, 2024 at the age of 76 with his family by his side.

He served our nation from May 10 1967 to May 7, 1971 in the Marine Corps as a Legal Clerk (Specialty Code 4422), including 2 years, 5 months and 20 days in Vietnam. He received Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Expert Rifle Badge.

Special Information:

Members will form a flag line for arriving family and guests for a short prayer service. After prayers and dignified transfer, members will escort our hero and family to St. Gabriel's Church, 5271 Clinton St., Elma, NY for Mass of Christian Burial.  After Mass and a dignified transfer, members will escort our hero and family to St. Mathew's Cemetery, 180 French Rd, West Seneca for interment with military honors. Dress for the weather (going to be in the 80s) and bring water.
