About the Mission:
The family of Raymond S. Konopa has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Raymond passed 9 March 2025 at the age of 77 with his family at his side.
At the age of 20, Raymond entered the US Navy on 6 July 1967 for 4 years active duty as a Navy Data Processing Technician. He served his nation 12 months tour of duty in South Vietnam at Tan Son Nhut Airbase. Raymond was honorably discharged 19 May 1971 with reserve obligations ending 12 March 1973. For his service Raymond was awarded; National Defense Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Members will stand flag line for arriving family and guests. After Mass of Christian Burial and dignified transfer, members will process to Marilla Cemetery. Do what you can to support our hero and his loving family.
