Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:
Updated 8 March 2022
Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
PGR members will stage at the entrance to the VA facility in anticipation of meeting the cortege there about 10:30am. Members will escort the cortege from the entrance to the cemetery office. Members will then proceed up to park at the top of the cemetery around the flagpole and walk back the Committal Shelter and form a flag line for the arrival of the cortege at the Committal Shelter.
Services are expected to begin at 11:00am. PGR members will render honors with the military honor guard during services. Following services, we will perform a final salute as a group at the Committal Shelter.
Please be prepared with a clean 3x5 American or US Marine Corps flag, dress for the weather, and ensure your large flags are securely attached. Thank you for devoting your time to help honor US Marine Corps Veteran Raymond R. Mincer's service to us all, and to support his loving family.
