About the Mission:
The family of Paul Kraus has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation to honor his life and service to our nation. Mr. Kraus, 82, passed on March 24, 2024 with his family by his side.
Born in Buffalo, NY, Paul joined the Army in February 1963 and served to August 1963 as a cook. He earned the rank of Private (E-2), and for his service, was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. He was also a Cold War Era Veteran.
Paul was a volunteer fire fighter for 51 years for Big Tree Fire Department.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Stage at funeral home with a flag line for the arrival of family and guests. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 am, followed by escort to Lakeside Cemetery, 4810 Camp Rd., Hamburg, NY 14075 for interment with military honors. Please make sure your flags are secure and clean.
