About the Mission:
The family of US Army Veteran Pamela Emery Noveck has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in honoring her life and service to our country. Pamela, age 59, passed peacefully on September 21, 2023, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, NC.
Born in Rochester, NY, Pam spent 5 years in the US Army as a heavy construction equipment operator during the Gulf War Era. Her tour of duty included time in Germany and Rwanda. She attained the rank of PFC (E3), and for her service, earned the Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, and M14 Marksman Medal. PGR stood for her father on August 2021, and she will be intered near him.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Members will stand an honorable flag line for the arrival of family and friends. Funeral service will begin at 10:00. After a dignified transfer, members will escort our hero and her family to Union Cemetery, Big Tree Rd., Livonia, New York for interment with military honors.
