About the Mission:
The family of Nicholas J. Leo, Jr. has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Nicholas passed 26 January 2025 at 78 yrs old with his family at his side.
At the age of 20, Nicholas entered the US Army on 15 December 1966. He served his nation for 23 months on active duty, with 12 months in Vietnam as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic ( MOS- 63B20 ). He was honorably discharged on 13 December 1968 at HHC 47th Infantry Division, Fort Meade Maryland, with reserve obligation ending 14 December 1972. For his service he was awarded; National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, 2 Overseas Bars, Sharpshooters Badge ( M-14 )

Special Information:
Members will stand a flag line for arriving family and guests for Mass of Christian Burial. After services, PGR will escort Mr. Leo and family to Western New York National Cemetery for military honors scheduled for 1:00 pm. Make sure your flags are securely attached for the 18 mile escort and dress for the weather. Thank you for supporting our hero.
