About the Mission:
The family of Marcus E. Plowden has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Plowden passed at the age of 75 on 26 September 2025. Mr. Plowden served his nation 41 days in the Marine Corps and was discharged under honorable conditions 11 February 1970. No other military information is available at this time. After his service he worked and retired at General Motors Powertrain Plant in Tonawanda N.Y.

Special Information:
PGR will stand a flag line for arriving family and guests. After Mass and the dignified transfer, members will escort the family and their hero to Pine Lawn Cemetery for military honors and interment. The cemetery is a short distance from the funeral home. Be aware that the Moving Wall and GoldStars Wall will be at the cemetery. Thank you for supporting our Veterans.
