Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Updated 8 March 2022

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

PGR Members will form a flag line at the church for the arrival of the family, expected at 10:30am.  PGR Members will continue the flag line until Mass begins at approximately 11:00am.  Following Mass, PGR Members will provide an escort to Woodlawn Cemetery (approximately 1.5 miles).  At the cemetery, PGR Members will render honors with the military honor guard during services.  Following services we will render a final salute.  If you are unable to participate at the church, please consider going directly to the cemetery and forming a flag line for the arrival of the cortege.  Click here for map to the cemetery

Please come prepared with a clean US or Army Flag. Bring your own water and dress for the weather. The current forecast is for 60 degrees Fahrenheit and a chance of rain. Thank you for devoting your time to help honor the US Army service of PFC John W. Boyd and to support his loving family.
