About the Mission:

The family of John T. Malizia has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his interment and military honors. Mr. Malizia passed on May 15, 2024 at the age of 74.

Born in Lackawanna, NY, Mr. Malizia entered the US Army on May 8, 1970 and served to December 14, 1971, attached to the Eighth Army in Korea as a Helicopter Repairman for 1 yr. 1 month. Honorably discharged on December 14, 1971 Mr. Malizia received National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Marksman Badge (M-16).
