About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders has been asked to stand in honor of Gary Gilkey Weed.  Gary, age 79, passed away Monday July 10^th at Newark Wayne Community Hospital, with his family and friends by his side.

Born in Lyons New York, Gary was a graduate of North Rose High School in 1962 where he was on the basketball team. Gary served in the United States Army from 1965-1969. After the service, he was a commercial printing analyst for Xerox in Webster, NY.  Gary was an active member of the American Legion Post 394 Williamson NY for many years.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Calling hours are from 11 am to 12:00 pm. Please arrive before the family.  Service will commence at 12:00 pm With a short escort to Rose Cemetery following services.
With final salute at Rose Cemetery.
