About the Mission:

The family of U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant (Ret) Donald M. McNulty, Sr. has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in honoring his life and service. MSgt McNulty passed away on 26 March 2023.

MSgt McNulty served our nation in the US Air Force from 1971 until his honorable retirement on 31 May 1995. His primary AF Specialty was 3E271-Pavemet & Construction Equipment Craftsman. MSgt McNulty had a total of 6 years of foreign service, including in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm from August 1990-March 1995. During his US Air Force career, MSgt. McNulty earned the following awards: AF Meritorious Service Medal; AF Commendation Medal; AF Outstanding Unit Award Ribbon w/1 Oak Leaf Cluster (2 awards); AF Organizational Excellence Award Ribbon; AF Good Conduct Award w/1 Silver Oak Leaf Cluster (6 awards); National Defense Service Medal; Humanitarian Service Medal; AF Overseas Short Tour Ribbon w/1 Oak Leaf Cluster (2 awards); AF Overseas Long Term Ribbon; AF Longevity Service Award Ribbon w/3 Oak Leaf Clusters (4 awards); AF NCO Professional Military Education Graduation Ribbon w/1 Oak Leaf Cluster (2 awards); AF Training Ribbon.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.


Special Information:

PGR will provide a respectful flag line for the arrival of the McNulty family. A graveside service and Military Honors are scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American or US Air Force flag, and dress for the weather.
