About the Mission:
The family of Daniel M. Tyler has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his funeral services. Mr. Tyler, of Florida, passed on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at the age of 60.
Mr. Tyler was born in Elkins, PA on July 12, 1963. After graduating from high school in Tumon, Guam, he entered the Air Force during August of 1982, and served our nation for 21 years as a Command Control Craftsman (IC371). He retired as a Master Sergeant on July 31, 2004. He continued working for the Air Force as a civilian Program Manager until February, 2021. Mr. Tyler is a Gulf War Veteran who served during the Liberation of Kuwait. He was awarded Air Force Longevity Award, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award.
