About the Mission:

The family of Bartholomew Loschiavo requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his funeral, interment and Military Honors. Mr. Loschiavo entered the army in 1940 and served with the 329 Infantry Division in WW II (Germany). Mr. Loschiavo was killed in action on October 1st 1944 in Grevenmacher, Luxembourg, Germany. The villagers found Mr. Loschiavo and buried him in the Church Cemetery. After 75 years with D.N.A.  from the family, PFC Bartholomew C. Loschiavo remains are being returned to his family on May 23, 2024.

Special Information:

Members will stage at the employee parking lot on the right, past the limo parking. Make sure all flags are clean and secure. Our hero is due to arrive between 5 and 5:30 pm. Be aware that there is a police escort. PGR will escort our hero to Lakeside Funeral Home on Union Road, West Seneca N.Y 14224

Members will form a flag line for the family and guests. After visitation and Mass, PGR will escort PFC Bartholomew C. Loschiavo and family to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3063 Harlem Rd. Buffalo, N.Y. 14225 for Military Honors
